From Napoli Centrale station, take Metro Line 1 toward Piscinola and exit at Medaglie d'Oro. From Naples Airport, take the Alibus shuttle to Piazza Garibaldi (3 EUR), then transfer to Metro Line 1. By car, take exit 6 (Arenella) from the Naples tangenziale and follow signs to Santobono hospital. Taxis and funicular stations are in Medaglie d'Oro Square.
